This be@rbrick is released in conjunction with their 2011 tour for 1500 yen. Uverworld (stylized as UVERworld) is a Japanese rock band consisting of five members originating from Kusatsu, Shiga, Japan. If you call yourself a KAWS fanatic, you would have heard rumour about the releasing of the Kaws Wooden Companion long time ago. Now you dont have to wait no more, all you have to do is to burn your pocket. With a price tag of 3k, i find it quite hard to swallow. Maybe one can justify the price by saying that it is limited to 100 pieces but be@rbrick karimoku only cost half of the price. Maybe the difference is for the hype and the artist, KAWS. You decide. Will get it if i have the money to spare. It will be out 28May.

Jon Paul Kaiser - Custom Nosferatu

I have one of this, not the custom though but the camoflauge Nosferatu by Futura. I just have to post this when i first saw this. This is insane to me. I didnt know that a custom can looks so amazing with just 2 basic colours - black and white. Amazing skill and you can see straight from the custom that it is the work of Jon Paul Kaiser.

Dr.Romanelli Spirit of 76 Be@rbrick Set

Is it only me or does this be@rbrick looks weird? Why is this be@rbrick wearing a t-shirt with undergarment? Shouldnt it be pairing with a shorts instead? Beside the weirdness, this be@rbrick is pretty decent. On a rather sidenote, i will be posting my Skelves soon and still waiting for my Rebel Ink, and Tokidoki 400% be@rbrick. Am i so random? My First Baby 15th Anniversary 1000% Be@rbrick??

Few days ago, i posted this 1000% be@rbrick that is set to release in July according to the news. However, it seems that this is actually a hoax and there isnt such design coming out. This sets me thinking. With the internet, news spread too fast that sometime we are unable to track the reliability of the source and post it immediately as we are afraid of being the last to post the latest news. A dilemma indeed. Anyway, still hope to see this get release in 400%. Also, an idea pop out of my mind too. Seems like hoax be@rbrick often turns out to be better looking/design than what Medicom is releasing. Shouldnt Medicom tap on the creativity of these individual and produce these be@rbrick. Medicom should have a yearly competition whereby the best design will have his be@rbrick released. Isnt such a great idea?

Edit : Sorry for al the confusion, my bad. This be@rbrick will indeed be released in July. Hopefully i am getting it right this time. cheers!!

Series 22 Be@rbrick

This is definitely better than Series 21 in my opinion. Medicom steps up the game. Looking forward to see the secret.And the letter in the basic also looks difference from the usual and i like the multicolour for the jelly. (Source : Toybeast)

My First Baby 15th Anniversary 1000% Be@rbrick

Finally something worth waiting for after so long. Hmmm... or is it? Afterall, we have seen this design before, they are basically just recycle classic design, changing the colour and putting some colourful balls inside the be@rbrick. Haha...lets not be too critical on this, afterall collecting is supposed to be fun. I will definitely get it half a year ago but now i rather spent the money to support artist who made more effort. KAWS Companion 70% Be@rbrick Keychain

If these were released half a year earlier, i will be so over the moon. But somehow these do not make me as excited as before. I would love to have one if someone give me but definitely not go all the way to buy from Ebay. Anyway, these are given free if you spend more than 10,000 yen at the OF store. However saying all these, i am still looking for KAWS dissected companion at a reasonable price. This is the only thing worth collecting from KAWS for me. (Source : bearbrickmania)
