Followed out on my previous CDG post, it has been confirmed, CDG really loves be@rbrick alot. =p
Sometimes i'm wondering are we buying for the brand or the design? To me this be@rbrick is just an ordinary be@rbrick. The only different why it is worth this much is mainly because of the brand. (CDG). So as a collector, we shouldn't blindly collect unless you are the fanantic or you have lots of monies. Ok, for those who have the money, you can get it here (Source: Hypebeast)

Is Comme Des Garcons in love with Be@brick?

Comme Des Garcons Black concept store was opened near end Jan09 and it is going to open only till mid April09. During the opening, they released their 100% and 400% be@rbrick together with Medicom (i mentioned this in my blog), after that, they come out with some be@brick accessories and now there is even bearbrick tshirt and shirts. What more can i say.. Everyone is in love with this be@r . (source : hypebeast). I dont mind having one of these shirts, look really nice .

Kaws Dissected Be@rbrick finally arrived!!

After waiting for almost 2 weeks, i finally got my hands on the Kaws Dissected Be@rbrick yesterday. This is my first 1000%. They look really awesome. I will just let the photos do the talking.

Recent Be@rbrick Purchase

Beside getting the Kaws Dissected be@rbrick (i'm still waiting for its arrival, getting a little bit impatient when you see others posting their pics), i got this Series 15 cute be@rbrick. It is quite an old design, released in 2007. At least now, i have my first baby be@rbrick. Hopefully, I'm able to get all the first baby be@rbrick some day. Together in the photos is WDW MAN.

Be@rbrick, from toy to accessories

From just a humble beginning, be@rbrick has indeed come a long way. It was initially given out free as a toy during a convention (if i'm not wrong). Till now, it has become one of the hottest toy. Who would have imagined this to happen? And now this little be@r has gone beyond just toy, even as accessories. Black CDG has come out with these really nice accessories ( the price is nice too). What would behold the future of be@rbrick? Lets wait and see...

Would you pay SGD100 for this Kaws Be@rbrick t-shirt?

For those who couldnt get the be@rbrick , you have the chance to buy the tshirt which have the printed kaws dissected be@rbrick on it. But I dont think i will get it, consider that it is just a printed picture on a white tshirt. Anyone can have the same picture done on a tshirt and would definitely cost far less than the price paid for this piece. If you have spare cash, why not then?

Everyone should know by now that it was released on the 28Feb09. And the queue was crazy at OF and at Invincible. Check out the line from Freshness and also the video. You can spot some old chinese men and women queuing up too, bet they are from some syndicates who told them to queue and buy and then sell it at Ebay. Also heard that Colette too released the Be@rbrick during the weekends too. You can see 1 particular seller from Ebay from France selling it with the Colette bag. Can't wait to get mine!!
