Paul & Joe 400% Be@rbrick

This looks like a traffice police bear. Anyway, pretty nice design i must say but why is this selling at a premium as compared to the normal 400% be@rbrick set which comes with 100% too. For your info, this set is selling for 9975yen. There is also the version in 1000% and 50% that is to be released too. (Source: J.ME)
